EXCHANGE POLICY
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from cbrand.lk. You
can EXCHANGE all items within 20 days from the original
purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn,
unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.
Items must be returned with all c brand tags still attached and with
the original receipt. We are only be refunding damaged or faulty
goods

EXCHANGE
- • Discounted items cannot be exchanged again
- • undergarments, fashion accessories (handbags, jewelleries, & cosmetics) swimwear cannot be
returned or exchanged.
IF AN EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE DONE :
- • Message us through the same platform ( FB / IG ) you placed your order
with. Let us know you need to exchange your particular item.
- • Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives
will inform you through a message so that you can select another or
change the size & get your exchange delivered once back
- • If the newly picked item has a price difference, it will have to be paid by
the customer, if the company owes the customer, it will not be refunded,
it will simply be deducted the next time they make a purchase.
- • A delivery fee will be charged again to send back the Exchange Item.
